มาตรา ๘ ผู้ใดสมคบโดยการตกลงกันตั้งแต่สองคนขึ้นไป เพื่อกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับยาเสพติด ผู้นั้นสมคบกันกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับยาเสพติด ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินห้าหมื่นบาทหรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ.
